Pre-Meeting Activities - October 20, 2015 

• Locate, set-up, and test your equipment as well as your connection. 
• Prepare to share your activities since the summer part of the workshop, status of your project, and applicability of your planning documents.
• Locate a laptop to use during the session.

Pre-Meeting Activities - January/February, 2016

• Schedule an “Introduction to Video Conferencing” session with your site Facilitator(s) and a small group (i.e. part of a faculty/team/department meeting & do some type of quick interactive activity like name that tune)
